Crew Leader

This associate will supervise and lead Crew Members offsite by following standard Lone Star Land Design work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure production of the crew is as efficient and safe as possible. Support individual Crew Members and Crew Leaders-in-Training to effectively and efficiently perform the functions of their jobs to increase production and maintain client satisfaction on all levels. A driver's license is required for this position.

Crew Member

This associate performs basic landscape and hardscape construction tasks while following standard Lone Star Land Design work methods and practicing safe work habits to provide quality service to our clients. This position is under the direction of a Crew Leader. This position does not require the operation of motorized equipment.
